IMPORTANT VACCINE INFORMATION for Parents/Guardians
The Pennsylvania Department of Health recently added additional vaccine requirements for students in the Commonwealth, including cyber and homeschooled students. The requirements affect ALL students for polio and additional requirements for students entering Grade K, Grade 7, and Grade 12.Students will not be permitted to attend school in August 2017 if the updated record is not on file.
