• Sophomore Career Conferences (Class of 2020)

The Senior High Guidance Department will be conducting Career Conferences for parents of present sophomores (class of 2020).  If you recall, an initial career conference was held at the end of the eighth grade year for your son or daughter.

The purpose of this half hour conference is to assess student interests and possible career choices, to discuss academic achievement, and to develop a tentative plan for further education or training. The career conference will be conducted, as before, with parents or guardians, the student and one of the senior high counselors. Results of career related inventories and student devised individual career plans will be available at this time.

The conferences will be held from March 16th thru April 16th. Beginning Friday, February 16th thru Thursday, March 15th one may sign up for an appointment.  Attached are the directions for registing for an appointment.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
