Dale McCall was hired as the Jr. High Assistant Principal in July, 2013. Prior to this position, he served as the Dean of Students for seven years and as a guidance counselor for five years at the Hollidaysburg Area Jr. High school. Before coming to the Hollidaysburg Area School District, he worked for one year as a guidance counselor in the Huntingdon Area School District.
Mr. McCall began his career in 1993 as a teacher in the Williamsburg Community School District, where he taught Health and Physical Education for seven years.
Mr. McCall received his Master of Education in Secondary School Guidance Counseling and his Principal's Certification from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Lock Haven University.
Mr. McCall feels that his career has made a natural progression from each role/position he has held. He enjoys working with the students and parents in the Hollidaysburg Area School District and hopes to make a significant and positive contribution to the school district in the years to come.
