Dr. Francine EndlerAssistant Superintendent
Dr. Endler joined the HASD as the Guidance Counselor at Foot of Ten Elementary School in 1999. In 2004 she was promoted to Principal of Allegheny One Elementary School and remained in that position until 2012. Dr. Endler was then transferred to Foot of Ten Elementary School as principal for the 2012-13 school year. She was hired as the Director of Curriculum in the summer of 2013 and promoted to Assistant Superintendent in July 2018. Before coming to the Hollidaysburg Area School District, Dr. Endler worked for ten years with children in foster care placements and as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor for an adult out patient counseling center.
Dr. Endler received her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership Program from Duquesne University. She obtained her Master's Degree in Counseling and certifications in Elementary and Secondary Guidance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Endler attended St. Francis University to complete her Principal certification program and Shippensburg University for her Superintendent's Letter of Eligibility. Additionally, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor.
