Cold, flu, and vomiting season is upon us. Good hand washing helps prevent the spread of cold, flu, and other viruses, as well as bacteria. Cover your sneezes and your coughs. Eat a well balanced diet and give your body plenty of rest. Stay at home if you or your child is sick from a fever, vomiting or diarrhea, especially if it is experienced during the night or before school. Please remember your child must be fever free for 24 hours without the use of Tylenol or Motrin before they are permitted to return to school.
